How We Work

Our Development Cycle

Every business is unique, and so is every site we do. So we'll start off every new project with an effective interview with you, to determine what you're looking for and how to approach it.

The rest of the process builds on the strategy, goals and target audience determined in the first phase. Every step focuses on these qualities.

Here is an overview of our process:

  1. Strategy: Client interview to determine strategy, goals, audience and other factors.
  2. Planning: We determine how we'll meet those goals.
  3. Design & Specification: Organize information, collect resources, plan navigation.
  4. Development: Design and program pages.
  5. Testing: We make sure it all works and meets the client's requirements.
  6. Release: Time to go live! After release we continue testing.

The Nuts and Bolts

We use proven, tested technology that still works in older Web browsers. And because of standards-compliant code, your site will still work in future browsers. It would be unfair of us to make you re-work your site after every Web browser release.

Q: Didn’t most of the internet startups go out of business a couple years ago?

A: Yes, a lot of technology companies went out of business in 1999 and 2000. Not because of the internet, but because many didn’t have solid business models or a real customer base.
